This is a time-honored Taichung vegetarian ingredient recipe, which has been in business for 30 years.

The mother ginger powder is a superb. It is made from mother ginger, which is really ground into a fine powder. It is made of real materials.
食用方法:
1. 材料包加入冷水2000毫升做為火鍋湯底使用,胡麻油包可依據喜好自行添加調整油度,放入喜歡食材煮滾後即可食用。
2. 材料包加冷水2000毫升溶解後,分裝成十小包備於冷凍庫,需要時搭配胡麻油包拌入白麵或作為小火鍋湯底使用。
3. 煮好麵線後拌入適量薑母粉與胡麻油食用。
4. 感冒時以熱水拌入薑母粉作為薑湯飲用驅寒。
How to eat:
1. Add 2000ml of cold water to the material package as a hot pot soup base. The flax oil package can be added to adjust the oil level according to your preference. Add your favorite ingredients and boil it before eating.
2. After dissolving the material package with 2000 ml of cold water, divide it into ten small packages and prepare them in the freezer. When needed, mix with flax oil package and stir into white noodles or use as a small hot pot soup base.
3. After cooking the noodles, stir in appropriate amount of ginger powder and flax oil for consumption.
4. When you have a cold, mix ginger mother powder with hot water as a ginger soup to ward off cold.
